Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (https://www.gridaend.com, “the Site”) operated by GRIDAEND Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), together with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and of users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means all services provided through the Site, including feasibility assessment requests, consultation requests, document delivery, and information content.
- “User” means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the Service under these terms.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of These Terms)
- The Company posts these terms on the home screen of the Site or on a page linked from it.
- The Company may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. The Company announces an amendment at least seven days before it takes effect, and at least 30 days before where the change is unfavorable to users.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The Company provides information on solar, BIPV, ESS, VPP, energy consulting, and real estate development; receives feasibility assessment requests; and connects users to consultations.
- The free feasibility assessment is an initial review based on the information the user provides and on publicly available data. The Company works to respond within about five business days, though site conditions, missing information, or similar factors can delay the response.
Article 5 (Nature of the Information, and Disclaimers)
- Energy yield, revenue, pricing, and regulatory information posted on the Site, along with market data such as SMP and REC prices, is for reference only. It cannot be used as the basis for investment, contracting, or trading decisions.
- Market data is quoted from material published by external bodies such as the Korea Power Exchange (KPX). The Company does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the original data.
- The result of a feasibility assessment is a preliminary opinion. It does not guarantee permit approval, grid connection, or revenue. Final terms are determined by detailed review and by a separate contract.
- The Company does not carry out construction or manufacturing itself. Rights and obligations relating to construction, products, and financing arise between the user and the relevant contracting party — the EPC contractor, the manufacturer, or the financial institution.
- Regulations and legislation change from time to time. Regulatory information on the Site is based on material publicly available at the time of writing; for the current position, check announcements from the relevant authorities.
Article 6 (Obligations of Users)
Users must not do any of the following.
- Enter false information when making a request or an inquiry
- Use another person’s information
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or place a load on its systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Site without authorization
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site — text, images, video, diagrams, report formats, design, and the like — belong to the Company or to the rightful owner. The content may not be used without the Company’s prior written consent. The names, logos, and track record information of partner companies remain the property of each company.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Article 9 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend the Service temporarily for system inspection, replacement, or failure, for loss of communications, or in similar circumstances. In such cases it works to give notice in advance.
Article 10 (Damages and Limitation of Liability)
For services provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages unless it acted with intent or gross negligence. The Company is also released from liability where force majeure, such as a natural disaster, makes the Service impossible to provide.
Article 11 (Disputes and Jurisdiction)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where a dispute arises in connection with use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office is the court of first instance.
Addendum
These terms take effect on 22 August 2026.
