Rooftop solar arrays across an industrial complex at dusk

No solar project should start without a proper assessment

Thank you for taking the time. I am MOON Byoung-jin, CEO of GRIDAEND Co., Ltd.

Put a solar project that runs well next to one that stopped halfway, and one thing becomes clear. What separates them is not module efficiency. It is how carefully the project was assessed before it started.

Land that looked right, and a permit that never came. Equipment ready to install, and years of waiting for a grid connection. A revenue structure set wrong, and twenty years of paying for it. Every one of those was decided before construction began.

So we decided not to put assessment off. We check five things about a site first — location and regulation, grid connection, energy yield, revenue structure, and financing — and give you a report. You decide whether to proceed after you have read it. We do not charge for the assessment.

Once you decide to go ahead, we put the construction terms from several EPC firms side by side and combine financing with government support programs to bring the total project cost down. We manage permitting and the construction schedule, collect the quality inspection results, and after commissioning we watch energy yield and settlement alongside you. A power plant is an asset that runs for twenty years or more, and those twenty years are our scope.

The name GRIDAEND carries three meanings: a direction, to tie energy projects into one grid (Grid); a promise, to go alongside you (And); and a commitment, to stay from the start through to the end (End).

Our strength is not a long track record. It is the breadth of our connections. Working with partners in manufacturing, construction, and finance, we compare and combine what each of them offers, and arrive at terms a project owner would struggle to get alone. We publish the whole assessment process and the basis of every figure in it. What we cannot guarantee, we do not promise.

Numbers you can check, and staying with you to the end — that is how we mean to repay you. Thank you.

Free assessment

It starts with one line: the site address.

Leave the address and a way to reach you. We send back an initial assessment report within about five business days.
If the site stands up as a project, the report also sets out competitive EPC bids and financing terms.
