GRIDAEND Co., Ltd. is an energy project developer in South Korea, founded in June 2026. It develops solar generation projects and works in BIPV, ESS, VPP, energy consulting, and real estate development. Its head office is in Dongtan, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

A project’s direction is set
before anyone signs a contract
A project that looked good on paper and then stalled on a permitting requirement. Equipment ready to install, and years spent in the grid connection queue. A revenue structure set up wrong, and twenty years of living with it. Almost every problem we meet in the field was already set before construction began.
So assessment is the first thing we do. We check five things — location and regulation, grid connection, energy yield, revenue structure, and financing — and set them out in a report. You decide whether to go ahead after you have read it. The initial feasibility assessment is free of charge.
Once you decide to proceed, we take competitive bids from EPC firms in our partner consortium and put unit prices and contract terms side by side, then combine financing with government support programs to bring the total project cost down. We manage the permitting and construction schedule and collect the quality inspection results. After commissioning we go on watching operating performance and whether ESS or VPP can be added.

The evidence comes first
We write up energy yield, grid connection, permitting, and a 20-year cash flow in a report, and publish the assumptions behind every figure alongside it.
We get better terms out of the market
We compare EPC bids on the same basis, and combine financing with government support programs to bring the total project cost down.
We stay past commissioning
We manage the permitting and construction schedule and collect the quality inspection results. After commissioning we keep reviewing operating performance and whether ESS or VPP can be added.
